Question 1

What types of homes does VALORA HOMES offer?

Accepted Answer

VALORA HOMES specializes in affordable, modern prefabricated structures, including expandable container homes, tiny homes, prefabricated cabins, modern modular-style structures, compact living spaces, and backyard studios and guesthouse structures. Many models are targeted below $20,000.

Question 2

Can I place an order right now?

Accepted Answer

Customer orders cannot be placed until manufacturer agreements, regulatory requirements, product approvals, delivery arrangements, and payment procedures have been verified. We are working diligently to enable ordering as soon as possible.

Question 3

Where does VALORA HOMES deliver?

Accepted Answer

Our initial proposed delivery service area includes Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. All four states are currently set to "Verification in Progress" until supplier delivery capabilities and applicable regulatory requirements have been confirmed. We plan to expand into additional states as the business grows, with our system designed to support all 50 states.

Question 4

How does the pricing calculator work?

Accepted Answer

Our interactive pricing calculator provides an itemized breakdown of your selected home's price, selected upgrades, delivery and freight charges, offloading charges, applicable taxes, and other verified mandatory charges. If mandatory delivery charges or taxes cannot be accurately calculated, the calculator displays "Final Delivered Price Pending Confirmation" and allows you to request confirmation of the remaining charges. We never present an incomplete estimate as a guaranteed final price.

Question 5

What is included in the delivered price?

Accepted Answer

The delivered price includes the home model, selected upgrades, and verified delivery and freight charges where applicable. Permits, foundations, site preparation, utility connections, and installation are not included unless explicitly stated. These site-specific expenses are identified separately in your pricing breakdown.

Question 6

Does VALORA HOMES manufacture its own structures?

Accepted Answer

No. VALORA HOMES operates through wholesale manufacturing partnerships. We do not maintain physical inventory, warehouses, or a traditional showroom. Manufacturers and approved logistics partners fulfill customer orders and arrange direct delivery.

Question 7

Are the homes approved for permanent residential occupancy?

Accepted Answer

We do not claim that every product is approved for permanent residential occupancy. Product approvals, certifications, and warranty information are specific to each model and manufacturer, and will be clearly communicated as verified information becomes available.

Question 8

What if my state is not in the delivery area?

Accepted Answer

Customers outside our current service area can submit their ZIP code and contact information through our Delivery & Service Areas page to request future delivery availability. We will notify you when delivery becomes available in your area as we expand.

Question 9

How can I get more information about a specific home?

Accepted Answer

You can explore our home listings for detailed specifications, or contact us directly through our Contact page. Our team is ready to help with questions about pricing, delivery, customization, and product specifications.

Question 10

Are the images on the website actual photographs of the homes?

Accepted Answer

Until authorized manufacturer images and verified product information are available, some images and product listings are clearly identified as design placeholders. These will be replaced with authorized manufacturer photographs and verified product information as they become available.
