2. Ordering & Availability

Until manufacturer agreements, regulatory requirements, product approvals, delivery arrangements, and payment procedures are verified, we do not enable checkout, accept deposits, or connect payment processing. We do not advertise unverified products as available for immediate purchase, and we do not claim that manufacturer partnerships have been finalized. Ordering capabilities will be activated through administrative controls once all requirements are satisfied.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, product specifications, availability, pricing, and delivery information are subject to change and verification. Until authorized manufacturer images and verified product information are available, some listings are clearly identified as design placeholders. We do not claim that every product is approved for permanent residential occupancy.

4. Pricing and Estimates

Our interactive pricing calculator provides estimates based on available information. If mandatory delivery charges or taxes cannot be accurately calculated, the calculator displays "Final Delivered Price Pending Confirmation." We never present an incomplete estimate as a guaranteed final price. Permits, foundations, site preparation, utility connections, and installation are not included in estimates unless explicitly stated. Delivery eligibility, pricing, and installation requirements are subject to manufacturer confirmation and local regulations.

5. Delivery

Our initial proposed delivery service area includes Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey, with all states currently set to "Verification in Progress." We do not advertise delivery to a state as confirmed until it has been verified by the appropriate supplier and administrative verification. Delivery availability is subject to ZIP-code-specific shipping rates, manufacturer shipping zones, product-specific delivery restrictions, freight surcharges, and special offloading requirements. Our system is designed to support all 50 states as the business expands.

6. Customer Accounts

You may create a customer account to save favorite homes, compare models, save pricing breakdowns, review submitted inquiries, update contact information, and track the status of your requests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VALORA HOMES or VALORA GROUP LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent. We do not use manufacturer photographs without authorization.
